2022 Gender Pay Gap Report

Legislation has been introduced in Ireland which requires all businesses with over 250 employees to report their gender pay gap.

The Gender Pay Gap refers to the difference between the average hourly earnings of all male and all female employees.

As part of our commitment to increasing diversity within the practice, we have set an aspirational target of 30% women in senior leadership positions by 2027. We will also be appointing a Diversity Task Force to hold us accountable to our actions in closing our gender pay gap.
