Planning has been approved for the construction of 416 new homes on the former Bailey Gibson site on Dublin’s South Circular Road.

Situated on Dublin’s South Circular, The Bailey Gibson residential-led development is the first phase of the 2.18 hectare site redevelopment. As well as the construction of 416 new apartments, this includes a network of streets and public spaces that will ensure the physical, social and economic integration with the adjoining neighbourhood.
