Dublin City Council has given the green light to plans for 1,102 residential units made up of 992 build-to-rent apartments and 110 apartments.

The proposal regenerates one of the key sites in the Naas Road area with an appropriate mix of residential and commercial uses and a range of active commercial/retail and residential amenity uses at ground, first and roof top levels.
