The redesign and extension of SMBC Aviation Headquarters at IFSC House was completed in 2015. In the intervening period they had been bought by SMBC, a Japanese Bank, and had grown to become one of the world’s leading aviation leasing companies. The company’s growth necessitated an expansion of space on half of Level 3 in the same building.
The planning of this project involved well-established but contemporary workplace design principles which were thoughtfully considered and implemented. The design is organised to take advantage of views to the Liffey and bay from the south facing windows.
