A distinctive modern residential development
at Central Park in Dublin’s south.
With 446 apartments, the scheme is comprised of a series of buildings arranged around three elevated landscaped courtyards which are accessed from a central pedestrian boulevard. The buildings range in height from eight to sixteen storeys with a 60m high tower at the apex making this one of Ireland’s tallest residential developments.
The elevated site is poised between the mountains and the sea and the apartments have been carefully designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular panoramic views of the surroundings. The facade is extensively glazed with full height floor to ceiling windows and is clad with a carefully selected palate of bright, durable, high-quality materials including flame-textured natural granite, polished reconstituted stone and feature elements of rich red sandstone.
Maximising light and views
Every apartment has access to its own private external space in the form of generous balconies and terraces with glass balustrades to maximise light and views, The apartment interiors are finished to the highest design specifications with contemporary materials, fittings and appliances throughout. At podium level the development is enlivened by a mixture of shops, cafes, restaurants and offices which face onto the pedestrian boulevard and which provide animation and activity to the public domain throughout the day.
