In response to this brief, and with a comprehensive rebrand in mind, NODA undertook a redesign of the ground floor reception and lounge, bar, and dining area, drawing inspiration from the Art Deco era of design. The public spaces now exhibit a more refined and sophisticated ambiance for guests to appreciate. Addressing the varied refurbishment levels on the existing bedroom floors, NODA created multiple iterations of the overall bedroom design to align with the diverse refurbishment requirements of these rooms. Furthermore, the hotel expanded its bedroom offerings with a 5th-floor extension, where the new bedroom design is seamlessly integrated, resulting in a total of 168 bedrooms and suites.
