Novartis Global Service Centre

A light filled working environment with vibrant, collaborative, break out spaces.

The Novartis Global Service Centre in Elm Park provides 6,500m² of commercial workspace for 600 staff over eight storeys, with commanding views over Dublin Bay and the Dublin mountains.

The design creates a calm, light filled working environment with vibrant, collaborative, break out spaces. The building is naturally ventilated with exposed concrete soffits throughout the floorplates, and a triple glazed facade to the west with active solar shading.

Comfortable layout of workplaces and circulation areas

The primary design features of the building are the comfortable layout of workplaces and circulation areas. Vibrantly themed colours, graphics and wall panels across the floors, from controlled open plan areas to meeting rooms and interactive collaboration areas, provide a unique visual identity for building occupants.

The building also includes a 150-seat restaurant, a cafe opening onto a winter garden overlooking Dublin Bay, a training centre, and a bespoke staircase connecting the public  areas of the building through the atrium above reception.
