LinkedIn 4 Wilton Park
The 160,000 sq ft LinkedIn fit‑out at Four Wilton Park establishes a dynamic workplace hub for over 1,000 employees.
Situated adjacent to LinkedIn’s existing HQ at 5 Wilton Place, the fit‑out delivers a cohesive campus experience while retaining its own distinct character. Facilities include a restaurant, barista café, media production centre, customer engagement space, learning & development centre, executive business centre and games space. The multi‑functional environment transforms conventional offices into active hubs serving employees, visitors and the broader community throughout the day.
We translated LinkedIn’s abstract ethos of “Campus, Community, Connection” into tangible architectural and spatial solutions. The entrance sequence and atrium act as the central hub, immediately conveying energy and activity and creating an instant sense of belonging. Social spaces and flexible meeting environments support planned collaboration and spontaneous encounters, while transparent design language, intuitive circulation and visual links connect activities across floors and between buildings. The design amplifies, rather than competes with, the existing energy at 5 Wilton Place. Strategic programming and a consistent design language encourage cross‑pollination of ideas and activities, enabling a truly interconnected campus environment that transcends individual building boundaries.
Our approach was data‑driven, drawing on post‑occupancy evaluations, workplace performance metrics and lessons learnt from previous projects to anticipate challenges and refine solutions. A key innovation was the use of modular meeting rooms fabricated off‑site during base building works, reducing on‑site installation time and disruption, improving build quality and allowing future reconfiguration. Contract value and completion dates remain unspecified.
