Central Park Masterplan
Combining city centre quality and an attractive suburban location in one landmark development.
Incorporating offices, a hotel, restaurants, retail & residential elements, Central Park is an acclaimed development on a fully master-planned site, with easy access to and from the city centre. The 7.4 acre site has been developed in a series of phases over the past 18 years based on an original master-plan designed in 1998. The master-plan and all the buildings on the site were designed by Henry J Lyons Architects. The development consists of a series of individual, modern buildings arranged around a series of around public open spaces and a pedestrian boulevard.
Approximately 80% of the overall development has been completed and currently contains approximately 700,000ft2 of commercial space. Numerous high-calibre global occupiers such as Vodafone, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Ulster Bank have been attracted by its proximity to the amenities of the south suburbs, the quality of its buildings and the excellence of Ireland’s first work-life campus.
The residential element of the development, Vantage Apartments, contains 447 apartments and is comprised of a series of buildings arranged around three elevated landscaped courtyards. The buildings range in height from eight to sixteen storeys with a 60m high tower at the apex making this one of Ireland's tallest residential developments
Central Park is located approximately 10km south of Dublin city centre at the base of the Dublin mountains and is strategically positioned adjacent to both the M50 motorway and the N11. With ease of access to the M50 motorway and its own dedicated LUAS stop, Central Park is arguably one of the most accessible office locations in Dublin and is just 30 minutes from Dublin airport.
