[Central Plaza] Completed in the late 1970’s the tower building was in urgent need of repair. Meticulous care was taken to find bespoke solutions to restore and upgrade the existing tower structure and facade, while respecting the architectural quality of the original building.
[94 St. Stephens Green] The design strategy was to separate the remnants of the original church Portico from the newer building, to retain and structurally support this element of the building and to provide a space between.
[Clearys Quarter] The central vision of the project was to unwrap the many additions to Clerys and reveal the original landmark structure; and then through sympathetic additions create a new social destination which brings together business, leisure, shopping and entertainment .
