Anna Cullen - Design Director

Anna is a Design Director and accomplished interior architect, with over 11 years’ experience specialising in creating innovative, people-centered workspaces. Bringing a creative and purpose-driven approach to workplace design, Anna integrates physical, social, and digital elements to create transformative spaces that offer lasting value. Through her collaborative style, Anna combines functionality and creativity to craft environments that inspire, empower, and drive success.

Anna has led multiple high-profile projects for Google and eBay, both locally and internationally, showcasing her ability to deliver complex, large-scale workplace designs that meet global standards. She holds a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture from Griffith College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College Dublin.

[Google Bolands Mill] The interior fit-out features flexible workspaces with adaptable furniture systems, technology-integrated collaborative zones, and biophilic elements that enhance wellbeing. These thoughtfully designed environments serve as living prototypes for Google's future work models
[Google Paris] This project involves a comprehensive 5,500m² fitout of 14 Rue De Londres in Paris, extending from concept through to complete implementation. The scope includes two basement levels featuring a 120-person café positioned at the base of a dramatic three-story central atrium.
[Susquehanna International Group (SIG) Headquarters] SIG’s goals for the design were to provide a single work setting across its business and provide an environment that supports the specialised work of the company's individuals and teams.
