The elevational treatments respond to orientation and differing solar conditions.

Vertical and horizontal shading provides a flexible internal commercial office space allowing for a combination of tenant configurations.  The façade which comprises unitized elements and high performance glazing is cut away to form a recessed entrance. A glazed canopy is suspended above and the cantilevering glazed staircase projects further from the building. Large glazed areas are framed by stone panels and layered with vertical brise-soleil, the bold, varied colours of which give an individual quality to the development. The curved façade and architectural detailing of the ground plane is reflected in the expansive water feature which is bridged by the building’s main entrance.
