1SJRQ is a purpose built six storey over basement office and mixed use development. The office is accessed from SJRQ through a high quality landscaped courtyard that sets the new build back from the protected structures on SJRQ.
Upon entry through a full height glazed façade, one is greeted by the reception area in a generous curved atrium space which leads to the central core serving all floors. The typical office floors are arranged around the central core with the structural columns located at the perimeter of the floor plates to provide open, flexible and substantially column free floor plates.
The existing buildings provide intimate office accommodation that contrasts while complementing the new development.
The protected structures connect at all levels with the new building. A secondary atrium separating the protected structures from the main building, with occasional bridge connections, supplements the main connection. A series of retail offering and own door office units occupy the street frontage onto Creighton Street and Windmill Lane.
